We use PC-based tools for engineering design, schematic capture, PCB routing and layout, software development, operation emulation, debugging, and testing. Microprocessor code is typically developed and tested erasable windowed versions, or EEPROM versions of the selected CPU. Production versions are often EEPROM based, but production is typically OTP, (one time programmable), parts. All are copy protected via encryption. Copies of the encryption code are placed in escrow for your protection.
